B2B Alliance Groups
Elements of the program:
What:B2B Alliance Groups are formed very specifically for all those “suppliers” that sell to a unique “business” customer.The more unique . . . the more successful the group will be in providing TRUE referrals to one another.Also, the members of the group will learn principles to incorporate into their businesses to ensure they find new business, and “keep and grow” the business with customers they already have.
When:Once a month as a group . . . same day of month . . . same time of day for 2 hour Alliance Group meeting and; and once a month 1-1 with John for 1 hour
Where:Group meetings rotate to each Alliance member’s office
Why:Without focus and very specific recruiting, the group will fail.Focus includes regular contact and training one another in the group to know one another’s target market.Also, the group joins the other B2B Alliance groups in Sonoma
County in an “ALL-County Business Mixer” every two or three months in a three hour meeting (inclusive of 2 hour meeting, just adding 1 hour for extra networking), so that they can find business within other Alliance groups present within MomentumNOW/Sonoma County as a whole.
Format: Once a month you meet with your Alliance group and John is facilitator for the group. Once per month you meet with John for 1 hour to work in 1-1 meeting.In the 1-1 meeting John coaches you to overcome your blocks to attaining new business.Blocks in your thinking as a trusted business leader . . . blocks in the structure (process and systems in place) of your business . . . blocks with the process by which you pursue business, etc.Everyone provides sales leads to one another via the MomentumNOW website.
